"The bus ride itself was fine, no..."
The bus ride itself was fine, no real issues there. But, uh, getting around the station could definitely be easier. The signs weren’t super clear, and trying to get in with bags felt a bit awkward. The staff did help once I asked, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just average overall

"Bus ride felt unsafe and the whole process was frustrating"
I didn’t feel safe on the bus. The driver was going way too fast, and it made the whole ride stressful. On top of that, there were too many steps just to get going, which made the experience even more frustrating. I just wanted a simple, safe ride, but that’s not what it felt like.

"i was disappointed with how my suitcase..."
i was disappointed with how my suitcase was handled. I took Maritime Bus last week, and when I got my bag back, one of the wheels was broken and it was covered in dirt. When I mentioned it, the driver just kind of shrugged and told me to contact the office. I did reach out, but didn’t really get any help. I understand bags get moved around during travel, but this just felt careless. I don’t think I’d use them again if I’m traveling with anything important

"Bus was fine, service... less so"
The bus ride itself was okay, nothing really to complain about there. But the customer service could definitely use some work. I called to ask about changing my ticket, and somehow it felt like I was interrupting their entire day by asking a normal question. The response was short, not especially helpful, and I ended the call more annoyed than informed. Maybe they were busy, sure, but it would’ve been nice to feel like a paying customer and not some huge inconvenience. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not great

"Decent, but I expected a bit more"
It’s okay for what it is, but i feel like it could be a little cheaper. Not terrible by any means, I've definitely paid more for worse—but it didn’t really feel like a great deal either.

"They made it sound like there would be..."
They made it sound like there would be working power outlets, but that definitely wasn’t the case. I tried plugging in my phone and nothing worked, so my battery died anyway. Frustrating when the reality doesn’t match what was promised.

"Bus was alright, just needs a better clean"
Took the Maritime Bus last weekend it did the job. Got me where I needed to go, driver was chill, and the ride itself was standard. Nothing fancy, but no major issues either.
The cleanliness was kinda hit or miss though. Seats looked a little beat up, and there were crumbs around where I was sitting, which was kinda gross. The bathroom definitely needs more love too. Not awful, but not exactly spotless. I’d use it again if I had to, but yeah, they could clean it up a bit

"Booking was fine, just a little clunky"
I booked my ticket on Maritime Bus and it did go through okay. The site was a bit slow for me, and a couple parts were kind of confusing, like I wasn’t totally sure if I’d missed a step or... anyway, I got the confirmation in the end, so it worked out

"Seats were alright, but could be better"
I took Maritime Bus last week, and the seats were just okay. They weren’t awful, but after a couple of hours my back started to feel it. The leg room was decent enough, which I appreciated, but compared to some other bus companies I’ve used, the seats felt a bit less cushioned. I’d still ride with them again if the timing or price worked out, but I do wish the seats were a little softer for longer trips.

"Waited at the stop like usual. Checked..."
Waited at the stop like usual. Checked the time, still nothing. Then I find out the bus was cancelled. No notice, no update, nothing. Ended up missing my appointment because of it. the service has been really frustrating lately

"Wish it covered smaller towns too"
I really wanted this to be useful, but the routes don’t include my town, so I can’t actually use it much. It’d be nice if they made an effort to cover more places, not just the bigger or more obvious ones, people in smaller towns need reliable options too.

"Don’t count on the WiFi"
I booked this thinking I’d be able to use the WiFi during the ride, but it was basically unusable the whole time. Super frustrating, especially if you’re planning to work or get anything done. Just a heads up: don’t rely on it

"Cancellation was more hassle than it should’ve been"
I tried to cancel my trip, it turned into way more of a headache than I expected. You’d think getting a clear answer and basic refund info would be straightforward, but it took forever and still felt confusing. If there’s any chance my plans might change, I probably won’t be booking with Maritime Bus again.

"Didn't feel very welcome"
The staff weren’t especially friendly, and I felt unwelcome from the start. When I reached out to support about it, the response made me feel like it was somehow my fault rather than them actually trying to help

"Refund process was slow and confusing"
I requested a refund after my trip got changed, it took way longer than I expected to get any kind of update. When I did hear back, the answers still weren’t very clear, so it felt like no one really knew what was going on. Frustrating overall. If you’re dealing with something similar, I’d suggest keeping records of every message and following up regularly so you don’t get lost in the shuffle

The driver was going way too fast and kept braking really hard, which made me nervous the whole ride. I didn’t feel safe. I also expected a faster response when trying to raise the issue afterward.

"Felt a bit rushed after arriving late"
The bus itself was fine, nothing really to complain about there, but the trip ended up taking longer than I expected and we got in late. I felt rushed afterward trying to make up for the lost time. Not a terrible experience, just wish the timing had been a bit more reliable

"Lost item support felt like a dead end"
I left something on the bus and tried contacting lost and found, but the whole process was really frustrating. It took forever to hear anything back, and when I did, it felt like nobody had actually read my message. I kept getting told to check back later, but there was never any real update or useful information. I understand lost items aren’t always easy to recover, but the support just felt careless and impersonal. Overall, not a good experience.

"I’m still a little confused about..."
I’m still a little confused about whether this was on the way there or coming back, but either way the stop was nowhere near where I needed to be. I ended up walking way longer than expected, and the locations just didn’t seem to make much sense.
